Mi sono piaciuti: Located centrally between the train station and the historic centre. Easy walking distance to a multitude of resturants and bars. Rooftop bar a excellent place to unwind after a day of sightseeing and eating!!! Staff professional and helpful.

Mi sono piaciuti: We were in the Annex Apartments which are a little remote from the hotel itself. The apartment was very clean and nicely renovated. We had access to the roof garden which we enjoyed very much. Breakfast was served in the main hotel and was very good. The staff was fantastic.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The annex is about 300 yards from the hotel - about 2 blocks away. Our unit was apartment 2 on the 2nd floor - very noisy from both outside and inside the annex until after 1 am on both Thursday and Friday night. The washer/dryer took 4 hours to was 2 pair of jeans.
Mi sono piaciuti: The property is in the heart of Bologna with a quick walk to the main square. The location was ideal and the room was still very quiet. The room was very modern with a comfortable bed, large shower, and up to date amenities including a Keurig for espresso. We were excited that we had a PORCH connected to our room which was amazing to just sit and enjoy the morning with coffee or afternoon spritz. Staff were extremely kind and helped us find a place for dinner the first night after striking out at 4 different restaurants due to not having a reservation. The rooftop was a nice place to sit and have a drink at the end of the day. We would stay at this location again due to location and staff.
Non mi sono piaciuti: There was little not to like about the hotel. The elevator was tiny and so it took 2 trips to get our luggage up to our room. Service was very slow at the rooftop bar area and we left the second night after waiting 15 minutes to be greeted. I would have liked another bar area in the hotel.
Good hotel in Bologna. Accessible location to market area and train station. Good ambiance. Comfortable, nice room. Excellent value for the money.

Non mi sono piaciuti: Het ontbijt : er was keuze, echter veel zoet en weinig hartig. Bij het ontbijt was er ook niet voldoende van alles. Om half 10 (ontbijten kon tot 10.30 was het baguette brood op. 10 schijfjes tomaat mozarella voor een volle ontbijtzaal is echt niet voldoende, van alles was er eigenlijk te weinig

From the moment we arrived we received friendly and professional service. The apartment accommodation was excellent ,clean and very comfortable. The only drawback was the unavailability of air conditioning. This however was outside of the hotels capacity to deliver . We would return if ever we get back to this beautiful city
