Mi sono piaciuti: The service was very good right from the start. Friendly staff. The room flooring and design was beautiful, and good housekeeping. They even found an earring I thought I lost. Attentive to detail!
Non mi sono piaciuti: The room missed a full body mirror, and the placement of lavatory and toilet was uncomfortable

Staff were very helpful, especially the young ladies serving breakfast - nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was very good and beautifully presented.

Non mi sono piaciuti: No real problems at all except for , some noise from banging doors and vacuum cleaners in the morning, but it didn't disturb us too much. And it would have been nice to have an international news channel on the TV, although I think SKY channels were available at an extra cost.
That said, I would be happy to stay here again and to recommend the hotel to friends and family.
Mi sono piaciuti: Good location, staff helpful & offered choice of rooms, also advice re restaurants. We chose a front room (203) and had no problem with noise with the window closed.

Mi sono piaciuti: Voldoende ruime kamer, lekker ontbijt. Hotel is heel goed gelegen, vlakbij centrum en station.

Mi sono piaciuti: The hotel is on a great location, the staff explained us how to get around, gave useful tips about the city. They also accompanied us to our room and explained how the equipment works. They were really helpful.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The room was a little bit dusty, and the black towels they put under the drawers were not clean. Other than that, everything was ok.

Non mi sono piaciuti: Terlik yok. Çamaşır torbası yok. Ana cadde olan Via Indipendenza’ ya biraz yürüme mesafesi var.
