Mi sono piaciuti: The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was amazing! I loved the colorful bathtub lights!
Non mi sono piaciuti: The noise transferred between rooms very easily. I could hear people partying which is normal but I was concerned when I could hear the person above me blowing their nose. This fact would not stop me from coming back. I’ll just bring ear plugs because that bed was so comfortable and the location was amazing!

Rude & threatening customer service

I was not informed at time of booking nor at the hotel at check- in that there were additional city taxes applicable to the reservation. Less than 24 hrs after departing the hotel, Roberto from the front desk emailed me to say he would be contacting the police if I did not immediately pay approximately 13 euros in city taxes....
