Mi sono piaciuti: Maximiliano es el camarero de la terraza de arriba del hotel y es súper amable. La terraza maravillosa. También muy simpático y agradable el chico q nos acompañó con las maletas y tb estaba en el desayuno.
Mi sono piaciuti: Very well appointed hotel with great facilities very clean and close to the main centre of the city and only a short walk from the railway station
Non mi sono piaciuti: We had our kettle catch fire and filled the room with smoke, there was no smoke alarm but I was able to get it outside before anything else caught fire. The staff insisted that there was a smoke detector but we couldn’t find one.

Mi sono piaciuti: It was clean and friendly with a great family room. The rooftop terrace was lovely
Mi sono piaciuti: Location was perfect- easy to walk everywhere. Staff were so lovely and friendly and helpful- great place to stay and a great citry!
Non mi sono piaciuti: The unloading of the Zara van at midnight was not good! They were very noisy - not very considerate with a hotel being right opposite!!

Mi sono piaciuti: The location is great. The bed extremely comfortable. Roof top terrace and staff very nice. Big TV.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Cheap disposable cups in room let's it down. Nescafe sachets and powdered milk in room not what we expect in a 4 star Italian city suite. Same applies to the soap.

Mi sono piaciuti: Great location in central Bologna. We stayed in the apartments which was nice because it was on a quiet side street. Nice room, comfortable and clean.
