Mi sono piaciuti: Ottima posizione in centro, staff cortesissimo e preparato, struttura valida e camera ottima.

Mi sono piaciuti:
Location was fantastic, and they very safe for a solo traveler having 24 desk agents and having to check id's of everyone walking in - not just the people staying in the hotel. Room was small but had a comfortable bed and everything you needed.
Non mi sono piaciuti:
Was very disappointed the next day when I realized there were empty shampoo / conditioner bottles in shower. Made me wonder what other things cleanliness wise were overlooked...

Non mi sono piaciuti: Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre à cause des travaux des le matin.
Manque de peignoir
Mi sono piaciuti: Great hotel - especially now its refurbished - and to a very nice standard mixing old with new. Staff are superb and very helpful.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Internet is poor and slow so could do with improving this. My room was a bit cold and I could not adjust the radiators.
