Mi sono piaciuti: The location is perfect, right in the center of the city. The room was really nice and very clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good, too.

Travelers, my family was fortunate enough to find rooms at Metropolitan in Bologna last month in April 2014. With a school reunion overlapping with an Italian holiday and Vermeer exhibit, the hotel was booked solid. Sara was the concierge on staff and she is PERFECTION. Although we had visited Bologna previously, we had never spent the night. We wanted to stay in a central location, near the train since we were arriving by train. This hotel was perfectly located - an easy walk from the train station and blocks from all of the local sightseeing and wonderful restaurants. The staff was very warm and welcoming....
