Mi sono piaciuti:
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Room was beautifully decorated, with nice Terrazza. Excellent wifi service.
Non mi sono piaciuti:
A number of steps in the room and bathroom - needed to be careful. Cups in roomdid not have proper handles.

Mi sono piaciuti: Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen liebevoll angerichtet und abwechslungsreich im Angebot, die Lage des Hotels im Zentrum inmitten aller Sehenswürdigkeiten, das Personal überaus freundlich und entgegenkommend, die Zimmer modern und ausreichend ausgestattet

Mi sono piaciuti: The staff were lovely - always friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet (almost all cold) was delicious - lots of care went into this.
Non mi sono piaciuti: We booked the hotel particularly because it claimed that its rooms were modern. We certainly saw some that were, but ours was very old-fashioned. We were very disappointed.

Favoloso
Mi sono piaciuti: The staff were great! Very helpful and friendly.
Non mi sono piaciuti: No parking on site, and the price was ridiculous for a graffiti covered city like Bolgna.
