Mi sono piaciuti: The staff was so helpful and cheerful all the time.
Mi sono piaciuti: Uitgebreid ontbijt, ruime kamer, erg schoon en uitstekende centrale ligging. Erg vriendelijk personeel, zowel bij de receptie als bij het ontbijt.
Non mi sono piaciuti: De prijs van de drankjes op het dakterras (wat overigens prachtig is) zijn hoog en passen eigenlijk niet bij het niveau van het hotel.

Mi sono piaciuti: The breakfast was excellent. There was a nice little outside space near (but not in) our room. Too bad it was raining.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The staff "lost" our passports for about 2 hours, but thankfully found them. They were quite helpful and apologetic about the matter. (And hosted us to drinks at the roof bar to compensate.)
There was a ugly exercise bike in our room for some reason.
There wasn't enough lighting in the room.

Mi sono piaciuti: Gentilezza del personale
Non mi sono piaciuti: La prima colazione non era inclusa nel prezzo
Mi sono piaciuti:
Die Matratzen waren angenehm fest, selbst im Beistellbett.
Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, sehr nahe zum Zentrum und auch zum Hauptbahnhof.
Non mi sono piaciuti:
Die Zimmer waren sehr dunkel gestrichen. Hellere Farbe würde freundlicher wirken. Ein paar Fotos oder Bilder an den Wänden würden die Zimmer zudem aufwerten.
