Non mi sono piaciuti: La porta della camera non era bene insonorizzata (1 piano); scalini del bagno un po’ “pericolosi”

Mi sono piaciuti: Cinzia was fantastic. Cheerful, helpful, awesome! The hotel is very clean, fresh and nice. The terraces are great.
Non mi sono piaciuti: It was winter, so the rooftop bar was closed. The rooftop terrace was still open and the weather was nice, so we took up a bottle of wine. About 10 minutes later, the staff told us that we had to buy the wine in the lobby if we wanted a drink on the rooftop. I would understand if the rooftop bar had been open, but it was closed for the season. The whole thing was silly because we had a terrace with our room, so we just took our wine down to ou terrace. So they didn’t sell us any wine, but they ruined some good will.

Lovely room, excellent city centre but quiet location, good breakfast served by friendly helpful staff

Non mi sono piaciuti: ティッシュや筆記用具がない、ロビーの声かダイレクトに聞こえ、深夜に返って来た方と話すこえで目が覚めた
