Roberto was very ploite and warm from the moment we checked in and throughout our stay till we said goodbye. Even offered to keep luggages when we did not ask.
Overall a very pleasant stay for our "second honeymoon" 😊Mi sono piaciuti: Friendliness of staff, clean, we stayed in a little villa by itself and a litt,e courtyard with Velux Skylight....the only one I think....

Hotel molto curato, pulito, colazione ricercata e abbondante, personale molto cortese e disponibile, in pieno centro, comodissimo, sono stata accompagnata in camera e mi hanno mostrato come si usa la chiave e mi hanno accolta con cortesia e attenzione

Loud people on terrace below 1am. Concierge was very good to ask them to quite down
Mi sono piaciuti: Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the city centre of Bologna. We booked an apartement and had a spacious and very quiet room with kitchenette just a few steps away from the hotel. During our stay, we enjoyed relaxing aperitifs on the roof top terrace of the hotel.

The hotel reception staff were all very welcoming and helpful. They arranged trips and happily gave recommendations on restaurants and places to see. The rooftop bar is a fabulous place to unwind and Jack, the bartender, is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about sharing his expertise on various cocktails and botanicals.
Non mi sono piaciuti:
We liked everything. One thing to note is it can be a little noisy in the evening if your room overlooks the street as there is a bar on the corner. Our room overlooked a department store which meant we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy.
