Clean modern style hotel located conveniently in central Bologna. Close to Piazza Maggiore, basilicas, shopping, nice restaurants, central station, and the university. My two daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at Metropolitan in Bologna. It is a super little hotel very well located for the city sights as well as the train station and only a short taxi ride from the airport. The service was very good and the air conditioning a god send in the very warm weather.

Bello e curato in ogni dettaglio, stanze spaziose e con arredamento moderno. Letto grande e comodo. Posizione centralissima e personale gentile. Colazione sofisticata e soddisfacente. Se ricapiterà di trovarmi a Bologna sceglierò di sicuro di tornare qui.

Our room was excellent!!! Modern, renovated and decorated very tasteful. We really wished to stay longer. Every detail is thoughtful and even the room is not too big , but the design makes it very comfortable. The balcony with the greenery is a great addition. Also all people at the reception were very nice and helpful.
Mi sono piaciuti: The location of the apartment was great. Near many restaurants and easy access to all tourist sites. Nice to be outside of the crowd. Rooftop bar ambiance and service excellent.
Mi sono piaciuti: L’accueil est très professionnel et cordial, le petit déjeuner excellent avec un grand choix (même un rayon de miel, du jamais vu dans un hôtel), excellente situation dans Bologne et chambre parfaite.

Just back from 4 day stay at this hotel. Arrived at 11.30 in morning so did not expect to get into our room. However the friendly receptionist(Barbara) said our room was ready and showed us where on the map we could visit on our stay.
