Apartment was great! The roof top deck at the main hotel for drinks was a great spot.
Non mi sono piaciuti:
The front desk person who checked us in was abrupt. She argued that I could not use the laundry washer because we were only there for 2 nights but it was clearly in my confirmation package.

Breakfast staff excellent and very friendly. Great location near town centre and attractions.
Non mi sono piaciuti:
Rooftop bar/ terrace closed due to weather. Lounge bar at reception could not provide drinks after 9pm. But there was a mini bar in room.

Excellent breakfast with charming and attentive staff. Great location smack in the city centre. Modern interior and furnishings.

Rooftop bar closes at 10pm. Rather early for a nightcap.

Mi sono piaciuti: Friendly and helpful reception staff, breakfast first rate with very accommodating staff, location is terrific-close to all shopping, historical sites and restaurants. And even though this is right off of Via Indipendenza, a happening and busy street, it is totally quiet inside. Our room had a lovely courtyard where we could relax in the warm afternoons. The rooftop garden is amazing(staff included)-the view with a glass of red wine at 6:00p just hits the spot!
Non mi sono piaciuti: Our toilet did seem to have an odor about it.... Our only complaint-it could certainly be rectified.
