Sono stata per la seconda volta ospite dell' hotel Metropolitan ed é sempre un piacere soggiornarvi ed essere accolti dal suo eccellente staff. Gentilezza, professionalità e simpatia. Un hotel senza eguali a Bologna. Stanze comode, spaziose, luminose ed elegantemente rifinite. Il personale é molto cordiale e disponibile, premuroso e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Mi sono piaciuti: La situation de l'hôtel, bien que dans une rue étroite, est dans le centre-ville. La propreté, l'hygiène, l'entretien des chambres et le superbe quatrième étage nouvellement rénové d' un goût et d' un design surprenant et agréable. Le personnel sympathique, serviable, en un mot compétant.
Non mi sono piaciuti: L'accès quelque peu difficile en voiture. Non imputable à l'hôtel Metropolitan.
Mi sono piaciuti: Atmosphere, staff very welcoming and would do extra mile to ensure your stay was pleasant.. Room small but comfortable and all areas kept very clean
Non mi sono piaciuti: some fruits were not very fresh. And fruit juices were those of cartons..

Mi sono piaciuti: La ubicación es muy buena porque está en el centro de Bolonia, muy cerca del centro monumental de la ciudad y de la estación de tren. El personal del hotel es muy amable y atento, y el hotel está muy limpio.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Hay que ir con cuidado con las habitaciones interiores. Son muy tranquilas pero muy oscuras porque las ventanas dan a un patio de luces. Las habitaciones exteriores son más ruidosas porque dan a un pasaje lleno de bares. Mejor pedir las habitaciones interiores de las últimas plantas.
Mi sono piaciuti: Great location in Bologna and convenient for the railway station. Airport bus no longer stops outside hotel but at the station. Wide variety of restaurants within 5 minutes walk from hotel.
