«Sehr nettes Stadthotel in sehr guter Lage»
Mi sono piaciuti: neben der Lage der Innenhof in der zweiten Etage mit Olivenbäumen
Non mi sono piaciuti: Zimmer klein, das WLan funktionierte kaum

«Ottima struttura»
Mi sono piaciuti: Posizione, cortesia e professionalità reception, arredi, pulizia, tranquillità della struttura
Non mi sono piaciuti: Logistica colazioni, spazio limitato, necessita di rifornire in continuità.. .. meglio limitare l'assortimento seppur ottimo ma troppi frammenti rendono dispersivo il servizio . Il tutto risolvibile..se condito da un sorriso in più!!

«Comfortable, top locatie.»
Mi sono piaciuti: De locatie is echt helemaal super als je maar een paar dagen in Bologna bent. Het ligt midden in het winkel gebied en in de buurt van veel restaurants. Het is voor zakelijke reizigers ook heel erg geschikt. Het ontbijt was ook heel goed.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Geen parkeerplaats bij het hotel , wel in de buurt van maar je moet even weten hoe je daar komt.

Mi sono piaciuti: The breakfast was excellent. There was a nice little outside space near (but not in) our room. Too bad it was raining.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The staff "lost" our passports for about 2 hours, but thankfully found them. They were quite helpful and apologetic about the matter. (And hosted us to drinks at the roof bar to compensate.) There was a ugly exercise bike in our room for some reason. There wasn't enough lighting in the room.
