Excellent location, friendly staff who makes you feel home the minute to register. A gem in Bologna. Great value for the money. Finally, the best breakfast hotel that we had during our 3+ weeks while in Italy.

Mi sono piaciuti: Posizione centrale strategica ma molto traquilla. La colazione abbondante e molto varia. La terraza panoramica della struttura è fantastica in particolare la immmagino nella bella stagione

Non mi sono piaciuti: Mi aspettavo una camera più bella e con dettagli più nuovi e studiati meglio essendo un hotel 4 stelle.... bagno senza finestra

Comfortable, but small room and small bed (I’d guess ~140cm wide, similar to a full size US/double UK). Insulation is so good that it gets very hot in the room, even with the heater turned off. Good location, less than a 10-minute walk to the piazza Maggiore. Breakfast is included but served in a basement with no natural light, so not the best experience although food is decent. Overall a good hotel, in a great location, but a bit small for the price.
Non mi sono piaciuti: I'm giving 4 stars because the guy at the desk at sunday (2.02) was extremely unpleasant what I cannot say about the lady on the previous evening, she was 100% pro and very nice. The hotel itself was as it supposed to be, clean and cozy

Mi sono piaciuti: Il parcheggio è lontano e bisogna fare un pezzo a piedi.
