Mi sono piaciuti: Stanza piccola ma appena ristrutturata. Terrazza da non perdere.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Ascensore non agibile causa lavori. Zona non proprio bellissima.
Mi sono piaciuti: - staff was really nice all along
- the location is really good to visit Bologna and quieter than in the medieval center
- the room was comfortable
- we had a room with a balcony
- the special rate we had for the week end made it a good ratio price/quality
Non mi sono piaciuti: - the breakfast was very standard, lots of industrial food and beverages. We expect much better as every B&B nowadays offers great quality breakfast with good quality ingredients. I do not understand why some hotels do not see this. Also the food was not always replenished.
- the pillows were a little hard for me
- the cleaning lady entered the room without waiting for our answer

Mi sono piaciuti: Das Hotel liegt direkt an der hochpreisigen Haupteinkaufsstraße, ist aber sehr ruhig.
Im Moment werden gerade die Zimmer renoviert und ein Aufzug wurde auch schon eingebaut. Im Augenblick aber noch nicht fertig.
Uns wurde (gegen Aufpreis) ein neu renoviertes Zimmer in der 2. Etage angeboten. Die Restaurantempfehlung war sehr gut.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Die Damen an der Rezeption (Abreise) waren nicht sehr freundlich - es war schwierig, eine richtige Rechnung zu bekommen.... das Upgrade wurde separat gebucht, die Garage auch, die Tourismuspauschale war als solche nicht erkenntlich.
Mi sono piaciuti: 位置很好，走两步就到了海神广场。房间比较新，设施齐全。早餐选择很多，但咖啡一般，不如外面一般餐馆的味道
Non mi sono piaciuti: 双人床太小，有点像单人床上放两个枕头的样子；两人入住，矿泉水和被子都是只有一个，更加让人觉得是单人房改成双人房，反正没有预定照片时看起来那么大的房间。
Mi sono piaciuti: Hotel location was good and the Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was also very good. The room was nice with a modern shower room. Reception staff recommended some nice restaurants a short walk away which were very good.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The view from what was supposed to be a Gold Double room (1st floor) that we stayed in was not very good, just a view of a not so interesting courtyard but we spent most of the day time in the city so it didn't matter too much. The rooms on the higher floors apparently have some balconies. The car parking was about half a km down the road and at Euro 25 per night a bit expensive
