Sono stata in questo hotel una notte insieme ad un amica per turismo , la posizione è superlativa ....praticamente in pochi minuti sei in piazza maggiore, il servizio eccellente, soprattutto la cortesia e la gentilezza della bellissima signora Manuela che ci ha coccolate e servite come regine. This place is ideally situated in old Bologna. Had a family suite which we took advantage of (however, only allowed 4 per room, and we had 5, so we had to get a second room...which always adds up). Staff was super kind and helpful. Delicious spread for breakfast. View from rooftop can't be beat, but there's no real bar service...

Mi sono piaciuti: Room and bathroom larger than average. Breakfast was excellent. Soundproofing Windows worked well.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The parking options seem far from the hotel. When we needed to check out, the remote door opener we needed to get our car out of the garage was temporarily on loan to another guest.
