An Italian friend in Bologna suggested this hotel to us and we could not have been happier. Touring is right in the heart of the old (and beautiful) city, an easy walk from restaurants and sights. The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Not one mediocre encounter. All great. Our room in this lovely ancient building had been completely modernized...
