Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite Diamond per 4 notti. Bellissima camera con altrettanto stupendo balcone con vista sui colli Bolognesi, l'ideale per un risveglio romantico. Per non parlare della terrazza all'ultimo piano, la ciliegina sulla torta!! Lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione, sopratutto per gli azzeccatissimi ristoranti consigliati da loro. Come ultimo, non dimentichiamo la colazione, ricchissimo buffet...

This hotel was excellent and everything was impeccable. The staff were always helpful. We realised on arrival that we needed a bigger room than we’d booked because we were staying almost a week on holiday. We chose to upgrade to the Diamond Suite on the 4th floor, which is one of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever had. Wooden floors, a lovely private terrace with views across Bologna and several French doors leading out to it, big bathroom with rain shower over the bath, lots of storage, couch, desk, big bed and a small fridge. Air conditioning worked well, which was important to us in the 30+ degree heat. The single lift is tiny, so we often used the stairs. The included breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety. The location is perfect, it’s in a very quiet spot, with all the shops and restaurants close by and even the leaning tower is only about 10 minutes to walk. There is a small supermarket only a few minutes walk away. I have already recommended this hotel to my friend.Mi sono piaciuti: Pretty much everything
Non mi sono piaciuti: Duvet cover on the bed, instead of just a sheet and blanket [extra]Very central location, we only used transport for getting from and to the airport and to go to the Ducati factory. Everything else can be walked to.[/extra]
Mi sono piaciuti: The hotel is placed in a quiet side street but very close (2 minutes walking) to the most busy areas of Bologna. The stuff of the hotel was very service mind, well prepared and kind. We got a warm welcome and we would like to give a special thanks to Elena who helped and assisted us in any of our needs, including the reservation of a restaurant that she suggested (and it was worthy !!). The room was very clean and nicely decorated offering all one needs for resting and enjoying the time inside. The breakfast was very good offering a vaste selections of items typical of continental breakfast.

ホテルに着いてフロントでイタリアのイメージが変わりました。サービスの手際が良く丁寧です。のんびりで大雑把だと想像していてごめんなさい。夜中に帰って来ても別のスタッフが笑顔で迎えてくれました。 歴史のある部屋も毎日きれいに清掃されていました。 真っ白な食堂は気持ち良いの一言です。料理や飲み物が減れば直ぐに補充され、コーヒーが一滴垂れれば直ぐに拭き取られます。ところが、完璧なはずの食堂で嫌な思いをしました。初日のスタッフは笑顔でサービスしてくれたのに、次の日からは別のスタッフに無視されコーヒーの注文も他の客だけに聞いていました。でも、一週間ほどするとニッコリとコーヒーの注文を取りに来ました。それまでの無視は何だった？結果としては気持ち良いホテルでした。
Do not miss as free breakfast. Rooftop bar has best view in Bologna and each drink comes with ample snacks ( for us dinner) . Staff is multilingual as were hotel guests. Convenient location .

Mi sono piaciuti: OSPITALITA' E CORTESIA DA VERI BOLOGNESI. STAFF IMPECCABILE E MI SONO SENTITO VERAMENTE A CASA. LA STANZA OTTIMA ED ACCOGLIENTE DOTATA DI TUTTI I CONFORT, PULITA E SPAZIOSA. LA COLAZIONE MERITA QUALCHE ACCORGIMENTO, MA MOLTO RICCA.
