Mi sono piaciuti: We loved the beautiful building but especially the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Plenty of variety and lovely flavours. The area surrounding is beautiful ...so old and interesting. The views of the city from the rooftop were spectacular and must be amazing in Summer.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The pillows and the beds could be more comfortable. Also, the shower leaked. The toiletries could be replaced each day.

Great experience. Staf was super friendly and very helpfull. Walking distance to everything, and still the hotel was quiet. Would recommend this hotel any day and will be coming back next time in Bologna.
Mi sono piaciuti: The hotel was in a nice, quiet location, a short walk from the Center. We liked being a little off the beaten path. It was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent--lots of options.
Non mi sono piaciuti: My only small complaint is that the room was quite dark, as we had no real windows with natural light, and the lighting was dim.

Non mi sono piaciuti: The sound insulation between our room and next could be improved as we could hear our neighbours talking very clearly.
