Mi sono piaciuti: A very charming boutique hotel and just a short walk to the city centre. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable and well appointed room. The breakfast selection was on the small side but had everything we wanted, including delicious cakes. Would love to return to Hotel Touring.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The fridge went off along with all other power when we left the room so we lacked cold drinks.

The location was excellent, just 10 mins to the central square. There was a wide selection at breakfast. The staff were very helpful with restaurant reservations. There are lots of nice little bars close by. Our room was large (I think wheelchair friendly!) and was quiet even through it was on the ground floor.
Non mi sono piaciuti:
The only negative was the temperature/humidity in the room. It was December but it was really hot and dry. We turned off the radiator and opened the window which helped a bit.

Mi sono piaciuti: Particularly good location - about a 5 minute walk from Piazza Maggiore. Rooftop terrace also a nice feature.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Being ultra picky, the bathroom was a little on the small side for what was the premier room in the hotel ( Diamond Suite) with only a shower over the bath.
