A very nice hotel, reasonably priced in a great location. They gave us a free room upgrade when we arrived (not sure why, but we were very grateful!). The roof-top bar was a nice touch. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in town.Mi sono piaciuti: Quiet, comfortable, great location.[extra]Quiet street in easy walking distance (about 3-4 blocks) from the city center & major attractions. Mi sono piaciuti: La terrasse au 5ème étage , la propreté
Non mi sono piaciuti: Après une réservation sur internet d'une chambre standard , dès l'arrivée il nous est proposé une chambre " or" -à prix réduit- avec prix de 40% plus élevé que la chambre standard tout de même.
Je demande à voir la chambre standard: la réceptionniste me montre une chambre au RDC, minuscule,sombre puisqu'avec des petites fenêtres et des vitres opaques, lit et salle de bains également minuscules ... ne ressemblant en rien à la photo figurant sur internet pour cette catégorie de chambre standard.
Ne voulant pas passer mon séjour dans une telle chambre, je retiens la chambre " or".
Mais je me plains de ces pratiques, d'autant que le tarif qui m'a été proposé " à titre commercial" est celui figurant sur internet avec une photo "or "quasi identique à celle figurant pour la chambre standard.
Je préfère passer sur les commentaires de la réception qui ont suivi mes remarques; ils sont indignes d'un établissement touristique.
En résume : des pratiques qui mettent en cause le principe de la réservation par internet.

Mi sono piaciuti: Close to the center but not right in the 'tourist hive'. The staff was really welcoming and friendly. Great breakfast (a lot of choice) and the fabulous rooftop terrace!
