Non mi sono piaciuti: At breakfast if attending towards end of seating most foods needing topping up and had to ask the kitchen. Hot water Luke warm.

Non mi sono piaciuti: Unhelpful receptionist. Having driven across Europe, it was "against their rules" to go with you so you could find their (expensive) car park. Basement underground breakfast area had a bad odour and atmosphere. Was expensive Hotel for the overall experience.
