Mi sono piaciuti: The location of the hotel is excellent,just a 5 minute walk to the Piazza Maggiore. The staff is very friendly and helpful,the room clean and comfortable, high end toiletries and fluffy towels. The breakfast with lots of options and fantastic cappuccino.
Mi sono piaciuti: The rooftop terrace was a great bonus! Comfortable bed, good location, good breakfast
Non mi sono piaciuti: some of the staff were not particularly friendly, while others were great!
