Mi sono piaciuti: Very friendly, helpful and generally cheerful staff. The front desk recommended and reserved local restaurants for us, which were really good. The hotel is hidden away in an older part of the city, very close to the main sights - perfect for strolling around especially in the evening. Hotel's own car parking was about 10 minutes walk away but for old-town Italy, that is not unusual. We had smart city-themed rooms on second floor. Breakfast times suited leisure rather than business, perfect for us.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Not a big deal... for an Italian hotel the in-room coffee was poor! For the price I would expect some sort of simple snack service in the lobby, not an option here.

Mi sono piaciuti: The whole atmosphere was welcoming, and the people very helpful. The roof terrace was a lovely place to sit and look over the city. there is a bar there in the evenings. Although the rooms are not large, they have everything you need. Get one with a balcony, it is well worth it.
