Mi sono piaciuti: zeer ruim aanbod bij het ontbijt, prachtig dakterras en héél vriendelijk personeel. ideale ligging, direct in het centrum en toch zeer rustig
Non mi sono piaciuti: zeer slecht akoestiek in de ontbijtzaal, het is alsof je in een café zit. Wij verbleven in een juniorsuite, daar is wel weinig licht.

Mi sono piaciuti: Professional, yet friendly and welcoming, staff all of whom went out of their way to be helpful and make us feel at home. Delicious breakfasts with incredibly wide choice for all tastes and dietary needs (including terrific espresso!). Very high standards of housekeeping and daily room cleaning. Excellent location in the heart of Bologna. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Mi sono piaciuti: LA NOUVELLE CHAMBRE CONTRE PAYEMENT, AU 4èME éTAGE, TRèS LUMINEUSE, SPACIEUSE BIEN éQUIPPéE, BIEN MEUBLéE! BELLE SALLE DE BAIN AVEC FENÊTRE, VUE ... LE BAR AU 5èME AVEC UNE TRèS BELLE VUE, SAUF LORSQUE'IL EST FERMé LE DIMANCHE SOIR..... PERSONNEL TRèS AIMABLE ET SOURIANT
Non mi sono piaciuti: LA CHAMBRE (JUNIOR SUITE) REçUE à L'ARRIVéE, SANS LUMIèRE UNE SEULE FENÊTRE SUR LA COUR, DéCORATION PLUTÔT MOCHE, MINI SALLE DE BAIN... CHAMBRE REFUSéE! LES CHAMBRES DES AMIS, BEAUCOUP TROP PETITES, MANQUE DE LUMIèRE ... LES AMIS NE REVIENDRONT PAS, TROP CHER POUR LE PRODUIT REçU! APPAREMMENT LES BELLES CHAMBRES QUE L'ON VOIT SUR LE SITE INTERNET SONT DONNéES AUX GROUPES....
