Mi sono piaciuti: Room and bathroom larger than average. Breakfast was excellent. Soundproofing Windows worked well.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The parking options seem far from the hotel. When we needed to check out, the remote door opener we needed to get our car out of the garage was temporarily on loan to another guest.

Mi sono piaciuti: great roof terrace from where you have great view of the whole city. very friendly staff willing to help when needed. very positive atmosphere in the breakfast room serving great breakfast. hotel has a lot garden open-air places to sit and enjoy your drink.
Mi sono piaciuti: Perfect location, close to the main sights and quite street at the same time. Cozy and sunny terrace, had the pleasure to look at the city from it even in February. Wonderful breakfast and helpful staff. Highly recommend to reserve gold rooms instead the classic one. The difference in rate is not as big, as the difference between these two types of rooms.

Mi sono piaciuti: Il personale qualificato e molto cortese.
La colazione ottima, varia ed abbondante; mai visto così in un 3 stelle. La vicinanza al centro.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Purtroppo la camera era vicina all'ascensore e la tranquillità ne ha risentito.
Mi sono piaciuti: Toplage, nahe der Altstadt.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Parking etwas kompliziert, weil in der Innenstadt.
Mi sono piaciuti: The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to help us in every way
Non mi sono piaciuti: The breakfast wasn't great - there wasn't a huge selection and the quality of some of it wasn't great.

Mi sono piaciuti: Situation très intéressante. Excellent accueil. Logé dans l'annexe (chambre de 3), nous avons trouvé une chambre propre et accueillante. A notre départ, nous avons oublié nos vestes dans l'armoire. Le personnel a pris l'initiative d'organiser l'envoi par colis postal. Beau service!
