Excellent hotel at perfect location in Bologna. Great friendly staff. Stunning rooftop terrace, everything tidy, very calm, nice breakfast, W-LAN works perfectly, in sum just perfect, nothing to complain about.

A lovely hotel with professional staff and still a very personal homely feel. It is away from the tourist crowds but still within reach of the center. I received a very warm welcome from Elena at the reception when I arrived, and a smiling greeting every morning! The rooftop terrace is the huge cherry on the cake.
A lovely friendly little place, spotlessly clean and well located, a stroll from the action but very quiet at night. Nice rooms ( bit of a shame we got "London"!), well priced. Breakfast room is gloomy but no-one seemed to mind us taking our plates up to the courtyard. If I'm ever lucky enough to visit Bologna again this is...

Ero così sicura sia della magica atmosfera della terrazza Mattuiani che della professionalità dei suoi proprietari, da decidere senza alcun dubbio di organizzare lì il ricevimento per il mio matrimonio. l'Hotel è vicino al centro, ma comunque in una zona tranquilla. La camera era molto bella, spaziosa e pulita, il personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Molto pittoresca la terrazza con vista. Davvero consigliato!
