This hotel was full of really friendly and helpful staff who couldn't do enough for us. The room was a good size (we booked a Gold room) with an awesome balcony etc. The roof terrace was beautiful and would have been brilliant in the summer - in fact, you probably don't need a balcony if that is open! Non mi sono piaciuti: The breakfast wasn't great - there wasn't a huge selection and the quality of some of it wasn't great.

Mi sono piaciuti: The room was very efficient, with a good kettle, power points in the right places, a shower that worked easily, individual temperature control for the room & shutters to block out light at night ensuring a peaceful sleep. Wifi was fast , staff were friendly & helpful. As well the new breakfast room provided a high quality continental breakfast. The roof terrace had lovely views & would be great in warm weather. It was a short & interesting walk to the main piazza.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Decor was modern & pleasant but perhaps only a touch bland.
