Mi sono piaciuti: Central location. Staff extremely efficient, and so helpful.

Non mi sono piaciuti: Vi hade bett om ett rum högre upp men hamnade på bottenvåningen men frostade fönster vilket gjorde rummet väldigt mörkt och instängt.
Mi sono piaciuti: Staff friendly, hotel very central, good quality fittings and breakfast
Non mi sono piaciuti: Treble room was a double with a fold up bed. No drawers in room, more hangers needed in wardrobe
Mi sono piaciuti: Appreciated the friendly and competent staff and good WiFi. Staff went beyond the call of duty.
Non mi sono piaciuti: $7.00 for a half glass of wine was a bit much. I had similar quality of wine at restaurant for $4.00.
