Mi sono piaciuti: What we liked about the hotel - rooftop bar (however you can also enjoy it without being a hotel guest). However drinks are quite expensive there (Aperol spritz in the city is 5€, at the rooftop it is 10€).
Non mi sono piaciuti: What we didn’t like about the hotel - we booked the gold room —> arriving at the reception i asked if we can have one of the rooms with balcony (booking site said there are some gold rooms with balcony ). The receptionist told us that for another 25€ per night we can have the gold room with the bigger balcony. On the booking website there is only one type of gold rooms - so making customers pay another 25 € per night for something that is already included in the room price is ridiculous und a sign of just trying to make money of a anything possible and not putting customers first. That just leaves you with a bad feeling for the rest of the stay! - The rooms per se are okay (nothing special), the bathroom is also okay (not very modern) but they have a rain shower -,breakfast per se is good but it is in the cellar of the hotel without any natural light and it is quite loud in there —> maybe it is an option to fill your plates and eat upstairs at the rooftop - parking spots at the hotel are very limited and cost 25€ per night —> parking outside at a public parking spot (5-8 mins walk) costs 12€ per night

Location is convenient, just travel by foot to the city centre.

The facilities were expected to be in better condition for the high price paid.
Cleaning and organising in the room was insufficient.

Mi sono piaciuti: The calm atmosphere ,location
Non mi sono piaciuti: At breakfast if attending towards end of seating most foods needing topping up and had to ask the kitchen. Hot water Luke warm.
Mi sono piaciuti: breakfast was fairly limited but adequate. it was in the basement which wasn't very scenic!
Très jolie ville à voir sur un week-end. Belle cuisine dans les restaurants sous les arcades
Mi sono piaciuti: Magnifique petit déjeuner. Un seul bémol à cela: servi au sous-sol de l'hôtel, il n'y a pas de lumière directe. En cas de beau temps, une petite terrasse au rez-de-chaussée permet de déjeuner dehors. Un rooftop avec une vue magnifique sur les toits de Bologne. L'hotel se trouve dans une petite ruelle très calme.
Non mi sono piaciuti: J'ai cru en lisant les infos de l'hôtel que l'appéritivo du soir était inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Je trouvais cette idée très sympa surtout quand la vue est si belle. Il n'est pas inclus et coûte 10 euros.
