Mi sono piaciuti: zeer ruim aanbod bij het ontbijt, prachtig dakterras en héél vriendelijk personeel. ideale ligging, direct in het centrum en toch zeer rustig
Non mi sono piaciuti: zeer slecht akoestiek in de ontbijtzaal, het is alsof je in een café zit. Wij verbleven in een juniorsuite, daar is wel weinig licht.
Mi sono piaciuti: We loved the location and the friendly and helpful staff. We also were given convenient parking in a garage next to the hotel. There was a great bar on the roof with wonderful views of the old towers and churches of Bologna.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Signage to get to the hotel when driving there was a bit confusing. We ended up temporarily parked in front of the hotel entrance facing the wrong direction to the driving direction. However, the receptionist in the hotel easily helped us with this. Np Problem really.
Mi sono piaciuti: Very good location for central Bologna- helpful staff and pleasant rooftop bar! We stayed in the basic room (so no view from room) but was quiet and comfortable. Nice breakfast selection - both cold and hot foods.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Wi fi in room did not work properly
Room was a little cramped (door to bathroom hit the bed if fully opened)

Mi sono piaciuti: breakfast was very good especially the cakes and pastries but would have liked more fruit salad - this was only available once during our stay. All staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.
Non mi sono piaciuti: the shower in our bathroom was great, very powerful and easy to use however there was quite a lot of black mould around the window area of the shower enclosure
Mi sono piaciuti:
Ruhige und doch zentrale Lage, sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal, überdurchschnittliches Frühstück, wunderschöner Blick von der Dachterrasse
Non mi sono piaciuti:
bei einem Altstadthotel natürlich zwangsläufig so, das muss man in Kauf nehmen : Parkmöglichkeit ist mit Gepäck etwas mühsam. Tiefgarage ist paar hundert Meter entfernt, kostete bei uns 25€ pro Tag zusätzlich. Kein großes Problem.

Mi sono piaciuti: Great location, except off-site parking was a bit of a walk which was challenging in the rain. Be very careful-it's extremely slippery when wet.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The elevator broke down the day of our departure. We asked, but no one was able to help with our luggage. A challenge, given all of our bags.
