well I don't always post reviews but had to share this hotel.It was great. This was a treat for my mam who'd always wanted to visit Italy and especially Bologna. I've been to Venice and Milan and this hotel surpassed both of those. There was a problem with our airport transport but the hotel sorted it fast and was worthwhile...
Mi sono piaciuti: Room was nice. Was asked if we wanted to upgrade at a cost but glad we didn't.
Staff member Idris was lovely and helpful.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Some of the staff were really rude. :( There was a mix up with a booking of the hot tub and after we got in the hot tub, a lady in the restaurant was really rude and basically said it was too late to be in there (even though another member staff in the restaurant said we could go in if we bought wine when we got up there & he uncovered it started it up let us in etc and the fact receptionist sent us up there saying it was available that night!) After 10 mins of being in the hot tub the lady in the restaurant said we are not premium guests had to pay the fee of 20 euros to use it or 'get out now' in front of all the customers, it was quite embarrassing. We brought it up with the receptionist the next day and she claimed she booked a table for a drink for us? And started saying (but almost like off a script) how it wasn't free and 20 euros etc, which we accepted and already knew. So we just dropped it as wasn't getting a resolution. A table for a drink is quite different from a hot tub? Regardless if it was a miscommunication the way the lady in the restaurant made us feel really uncomfortable and we didn't worry spending anytime in hotel facilities or even try the breakfast and just used the room.
City tax is applied after the stay and should really be communicated at onset.

Mi sono piaciuti: Sehr hilfsbereits Personal! Mir wurden zwei vergessene Objektive sofort per Post zugestellt.
Mi sono piaciuti: Very nice renovated building, big rooms, good breakfast selection
Non mi sono piaciuti: Bed was creaking pretty bad need to be replaced urgently
Mi sono piaciuti: It was not right in the center, but only a very short walk to the main sites. Rooms were very clean, nicely decorated, and air conditioned. Breakfast had a good variety.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The bed and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.
Todo perfecto. Muy buena atención y gente muy amable. El desayuno impecable y ubicado a 7 min caminando de piazza...
