Soggiorno in junior suite, camera bella, curata e molto pulita con elementi di qualità superiore alla norma (asciugamani). Il personale molto molto accogliente e gentile. La delusione è stata la colazione , purtroppo brioche immangiabili, torte confezionate di bassa qualità! ....riassunto colazione fatta al bar :( . L'abbiamo fatto presente alla reception che si attivava immediatamente per indagare sui prodotti...

Una valida soluzione molto vicino al centro di Bologna. Camera ben arredata anche se leggermente rumorosa (forse perché posizionata sotto la terrazza). Buona colazione . Assistenza e personale sempre molto gentile. Per visitare la città è una valida soluzione.
We had paid for a Gold room. It was lovely. We had Room 333. The room was smaller than some others but we had a lovely terrace about 12 ft x 12 ft square. As far as we could tell it was the biggest terrace and lovely. I found the bed slightly too hard, which is why I rated the room comfort a little on the low side but if you like a firm bed, that's not such a problem. Staff are lovely. Room very clean. Lots of lovely hot water. Breakfast very good too. Location of the hotel is superb. Close of loads of bars and very central. Roof terrace lovely but we only went up there once as there is so much to see and do in Bologna.

Personale impeccabile: cordialità, efficienza, simpatia...il tutto avvolto sempre da buona educazione! Ambiente armonioso, accogliente, pulito. Mi sono piaciuti: Small and friendly hotel. Fantastic location within old city, close to centre and shops restaurants .Great views from roof top restaurant.

Non mi sono piaciuti: I booked 2 rooms and was granted a free upgrade for one of the 2 nights as the first night we were given the ground floor suite which was very dark. On checkout we were charged an extra 30euro when we were told twice by the lady the previous day that there was NO extra charge but this receptionist kept saying it is not our policy madam! Then we were also charged 12 euro for 2 days city taxes when my sister was charged 8 euro. Totally ripped off! And the room was 368euro for 2 nights so not cheap in the first place
Mi sono piaciuti: The staff was very helpful. The breakfast had excellent variety. The cost for being so central in a major city was very low.

Well worth a stay
Nice hotel in a good location. Rooms were big and clean. Parking is a little way away but not a problem if you drop your bags first. Plenty of eateries nearby and easy walk to the centre. Helpful staff and lovely roof terrace with great views.
