Non mi sono piaciuti: We were told we had been upgraded to a gold room, but were disappointed in the size of it. And the amenities did not seem to mirror a "gold" description.
The rooftop terrace puts this place on top, along with it's proximity to the piazza, hotel room itself was nothing special.

Mi sono piaciuti: Vicinanza al centro, balcone panoramico. Personale notturno molto amabile
Non mi sono piaciuti: Parcheggio con tariffa giornaliera che in realtà termina alle ore 11, ore aggiuntive a 5€ l'una. In realtà il balcone è solo nelle stanze Gold con un sovrapprezzo di 40€, peraltro escluso dallo sconto genius del 10%

Non mi sono piaciuti: Elevatoren ikke beregnet til mere end 1 person + 1 kuffert :( Det bør de - hvis muligt - gøre noget ved, da det tager megen tid at komme med p.g.a. det!
WiFi gratis men man falder ud hele tiden!

Mi sono piaciuti: Heel vriendelijk personeel, dragen de koffers tot in de kamer, er werd een fles prosecco op de kamer gebracht. Tot slot elke ochtend een heel verzorgd ontbijt.
