Mi sono piaciuti: Near to the main square and restaurants. Good value for money.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Staff were not clear with regards to the use of the jacuzzi and the situation wasn't dealt with correctly at first. We were spoken to quite rudely and told we had to pay for the jacuzzi once we had already got in it when we were not informed of this beforehand. We had upgraded our room and so should not have paid for the use of the jacuzzi anyway. This was sorted in the end but with an unnecessary fuss to start with. The staff were lovely on all other occasions.
Mi sono piaciuti: Personnel trés agréable,serviable.Localisation de l'hotel dans le centre historique,dans une rue calme,à proximité des centres d'interet de Bologne.
This was a truly wonderful hotel for the price. The view over Bologna was worth it. Such a great price for what you get! I would highly recommend this place. The staff was very friendly and would offer great recommendations to non-touristy restaurants. Will book this hotel again if I'm ever in Bologna! Also had excellent breakfast buffet!

Abbiamo festeggiato la festa di laurea sulla terrazza Mattuiani scegliendo la preparazione dell’aperitivo di Marco Fadiga. Complice un fantastico panorama sui tetti di Bologna, l’atmosfera è stata bellissima, elegante e curata in ogni particolare!

Mi sono piaciuti: Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per 3 giorni con un'amica e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. L'hotel si trova in una posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro a piedi in quanto è posizionato davvero bene. Lo staff è stato unico, sempre gentilissimi, disponibili e con il sorriso, ottima la colazione e la terrazza. Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto...consigliato!

Non mi sono piaciuti: Me dieron una habitación sin aire acondicionado con 39 - 40 grados de vergüenza, tuve que reclamar y ponerme serio y enfadado para que me la cambien
Hotel charmant en cours de remise à niveau. Les nouvelles sont très agréables et le petit déjeuner copieux et varié

Hotel situato in un punto comodissimo per visitare la città....puoi lasciare l'auto e girare tutto a piedi in pochi minuti. Stanza moderna, comoda e molto carina. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Colazione buona.

Che altro aggettivo utilizzare, per questo hotel? Perfetto perché è proprio in centro, a pochi passi da tutto. Perfetto perché non è smisurato, e ti ci senti a casa. Perfetto perché le camere sono accoglienti, pulite, super curate e ben tenute - quelle del secondo piano dove ho alloggiato io, poi, appena ristrutturate: dei piccoli gioielli.
