The hotel is very nice to walk into, the reception is great! The elevator is extremely small but my husband and I managed to squeeze ourselves and 3 suitcases in there. A few times my husband arm kept hitting the sensor so we saw the receptionist a few times in a row. Ha! We upgraded to the balcony room since it was our honeymoon. It was great! We sat outside one night and had wine and cheese for dinner and overlooked the rooftops of Bologna. The breakfast was great! We loved the food and juices. One complaint is the jacuzzi, my husband and I headed up to the terrace to find out you have to reserve the jacuzzi. So we had to go back and wait for 30 min while they get it ready. Totally spoiled the mood...finally we get in and it had stuff floating in there and it grossed us out. Not the best experience w that. We also had to leave our room key w the front desk every time we left the hotel, very strange rule...? The room key is big and chunky and you have to use that for electricity, it was so heavy we had a hard time getting it to stay in the wall. The location to the centre of town was great. I would recommend for the location. If I visit Bologna again we will try a different hotel...

Excellent location. This is a family run hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. Dinner on the rooftop terrace is an absolute must.

L'hotel si trova nel cuore della città in posizione tranquilla e adatta a visite turistiche. Il personale è sorridente e gentile, sempre disponibile a fornire utili informazioni e piantine. La mia camera non era molto spaziosa e godeva la vista di uno scorcio dei tetti della città. La prima colazione è varia. Nel complesso la struttura è pulita e luminosa.

Weekend con amiche reso indimenticabile dall'ottimo hotel e dalla magnifica Bologna! Camera tripla con bagno molto grande, pulizia impeccabile e colazione varia dolce e salata. Excellent séjour, hotel charmant. Très belle terrasse avec vue sur les toits, tours et clochers de Bologne. Accueil très agréable et professionnel. Attention toutefois au fait que localisation et l'espace des chambres sont très différents selon leurs prix. Les meilleures, et dont le tarif est le plus élevé, se trouvent au 4ème etage avec terrasse privative donnant sur la ville.
Great location and service
Excellent hotel, walking into the historic centre took 5 minutes.Very helpful staff, lovely roof terrace, where you can use the jacuzzi , have a easy meal, drink, or just relax, we did it all and it was great after walking around the town for hours. The rooms were clean ,modern, and comfy. A very good place to stay.
