plenty to see and do in bologna train service to travel beyond area very good and reliable weather was perfect for sight seeing. hotel very good& clean, breakfast enough to choose from with very helpful staff not sure there should be 5 euro service charge when having a drink on the terrace pricing of drinks was not consistent so this is something hotel needs to address we had a most enjoyable stay and would return to hotel TouringMi sono piaciuti: very clean rooms and public areas pleasant staff

The hotel is very nice to walk into, the reception is great! The elevator is extremely small but my husband and I managed to squeeze ourselves and 3 suitcases in there. A few times my husband arm kept hitting the sensor so we saw the receptionist a few times in a row. Ha! We upgraded to the balcony room since it was our honeymoon. It was great! We sat outside one night and had wine and cheese for dinner and overlooked the rooftops of Bologna. The breakfast was great! We loved the food and juices. One complaint is the jacuzzi, my husband and I headed up to the terrace to find out you have to reserve the jacuzzi. So we had to go back and wait for 30 min while they get it ready. Totally spoiled the mood...finally we get in and it had stuff floating in there and it grossed us out. Not the best experience w that. We also had to leave our room key w the front desk every time we left the hotel, very strange rule...? The room key is big and chunky and you have to use that for electricity, it was so heavy we had a hard time getting it to stay in the wall. The location to the centre of town was great. I would recommend for the location. If I visit Bologna again we will try a different hotel...
The only thing that I didn't like was when I first arrived and the two others people that I had planned to stay with could no longer come and I had paid for a triple. I told them they could put me in a double and give me a discount but this wasn't possible as it was booked with no cancellations from Expedia. So they tried to put me in a double room at the back which was just a regular room and I said that I wanted my triple room if they couldn't do better than this. They put me in a lovely remodeled room on the 4th floor with a small balcony that over looked the rooftops and was a huge improvement from the first room, smaller but remodeled. They called this a premium room. I ate dinner at the rooftop restuarant and the atmosphere was nice (after the blazing hot sun had gone down). The food was average and the wine was pricey, 7 euro's for a glass. I had just come from Cingue Terra where a bottle was 14 euro's in a good restuarant and a glass 3 euro's. The breakfast was a typical meat, cheese, pastries, etc. You could order bacon and eggs for an additional fee.Mi sono piaciuti: Small balcony with view

Arrivare in albergo siamo state accolte molto affabilmente dal personale della reception che dopo aver sbrigato le necessarie pratiche burocratiche ci ha mostrato la nostra camera che si presentava molto confortevole e pulita come pure il bagno annesso. ottima accoglienza
In pieno centro a Bologna, ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la città. Camere un po' piccole, ma pulitissime. Personale molto gentile, sempre disponibile e sorridente. Colazione ottima.
