Friendly hotel well situated

On arrival, the receptionists gave us a warm welcome and showed us to our room. It was small with 2 single beds but was very clean and had air conditioning. The bathroom had plenty of towels and there were shampoo etc. The booking included a very nice breakfast. The hotel was about 400 meteres from piazza maggiore and so the main areas of the old town were within waking distance. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has a roof terrace but I was disappointed that there was a 10 euro minimum charge for a drink. Overall, I would be happy to stay at the hotel in the future.

Hôtel bien situé et chambre confortable.

Hôtel confortable. Environnement calme. Très propre. Situé à 10 minutes à pied des principaux sites du centre historique de Bologne. Personnel attentionné. Belle terrasse sur le toit. Cour intérieure.

Worthwhile boutique hotel

Friendly staff and nice facilities. Located in a calm and safe-feeling neighborhood. Wifi connection process and stability could be improved. Overall a very nice hotel.

Non mi sono piaciuti: Per motivi personali era in forse rimanere un’altra notte e guardando sempre su Booking.com dove prenoto sempre i miei alberghi ho scoperto che la camera che ho pagato €119 a notte costava €89!!! Quindi lascio a voi ogni considerazione.... Atteso che le prime due notti erano mercoledì e giovedì . Quindi la terza sarebbe sta verso il weekend quando le camere di solito costano qualcosa in più Pertanto sono a chiedere il rimborso che tanto oubblicizzate sul vostro sito al momento della prenotazione Certo di un vostro riscontro Saluti Raffaele Alvino 335 8428580
