Oltre alla posizione, al servizio, e a tutte le qualità richieste ad un ottimo hotel, non posso che evidenziare la squisita cortesia, la disponibilità e la gentilezza delle persone che gestiscono lo stesso. Un grande incentivo a tornare, oltre a tutte le altre cose che hanno reso piacevolissimo il soggiorno a me e ad i miei amici. Stefano
Just beside the municipality court, very safe area, parking available, restaurant and shops all around; perfect for tourists that want to get in touch with real "Bologna". Rooms are a bit small, but clean and with nice vew: but the earth of the hotel is the worderful terrace with a full view o Bologna skyline. You can't miss it!!!!

Ho prenotato questa struttura perché consigliato da amici che sono dei clienti abituali, e devo dire che sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto. La camera tripla ( 2 adulti ad un bambino di 8 anni) era piuttosto grande confortevole e pulita. La colazione era più che soddisfacente ed il personale disponibile ad accontentare le nostre richieste. È una struttura logisticamente molto comoda...
The service was friendly and the room was clean and quiet. The location was perfecty located to visit Bologna by foot. The hotel is, I guess, family run as it has all the touches of paying attn to clients in a way that a chain simply can't.

I stayed here for 2 nights on a first visit to Bologna. Comfortable, clean room. The staff was very helpful. It was a little chilly for the rooftop, but I did go up and enjoy the view for a little while. Easy 10 minute walk...Più

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and very helpful when we had to change our checkout.
We upgraded and got a lovely terrace which was welcome in the warm evenings.
The facilities were very nice and the rooms were well kept and modern. The walls are quite thin - we ha d incident of noisy neighbours but that was sorted out amicably.
