Staff were friendly and helpful, check in was easy and she recommend a renovated room for a low upgrade fee. She showed us the room first before we decided. Non mi sono piaciuti: The bed was very hard and was not comfortable to sleep on Floors were not vacuumed.[extra]location is good, Bologna is easy to walk around on foot. Street sign was good, directing us to the hotel which is located in a lane.[/extra]
Lovely hotel very close to centre but in a quiet location. Beautiful roof terrace overlooking the city. Hotel was clean and friendly- very comfortable although pillows were a little firm. Excellent choice at breakfast although it would have been nice to have been offered espresso automatically rather than having to ask especially- some guests didn't realise it was on offer. Overall a wonderful stay - would definitely stay here again :-)

Il titolo la dice lunga... :) prenotiamo per Bologna verso fine dicembre .. Come sempre ... e ..... oserei dire che utilizzo queste parole con piacere non dandole per scontate ma so per certo che tutto sarà perfetto come ogni volta. ... la cortesia e...Più

Friendly small hotel in a beautiful city.
Charming, spotlessly clean, friendly hotel in the beautiful city of Bologna. It has a pleasant sun terrace from which we had a great (rare) view of the snow covered rooftops of the city. We were very well looked after by the helpful staff. We'd recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
