Mi sono piaciuti: Lovely bright and modern hotel with friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Good location a 5-10 minute walk from main shopping and eating areas.

Mi sono piaciuti: Vriendelijk personeel, prima kamer, uitstekend ontbijt, op loopafstand van mooi, oud centrum.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Het dakterras staat tot 18:00 uur ter vrije beschikking van de hotelgasten (is dan ook geen bediening). Na 18:00 uur kan het dakterras door iedereen gereserveerd worden. Wil je als hotelgast blijven zitten, dan wordt aangeraden om de plek te reserveren. Niet gereserveerd, kan dus betekenen dat je moet vertrekken.
Mi sono piaciuti: La atención personalizada, ubicación y la terraza del hotel donde tomar aperitivos siguiendo recomendación de unos de los dueños que fue muy amable.
La atención del personal es excelente. Y para mejorar: la luz de las mesitas de noche es muy opaca e insuficiente para leer en la cama
Mi sono piaciuti: La terrasse tout en haut de l'hôtel pour prendre l'apéritif , l'emplacement en centre ville mais dans une rue très calme..
Mi sono piaciuti: breakfast was very good especially the cakes and pastries but would have liked more fruit salad - this was only available once during our stay. All staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.
Non mi sono piaciuti: the shower in our bathroom was great, very powerful and easy to use however there was quite a lot of black mould around the window area of the shower enclosure
Nice family run hotel very close to Piazza Maggiore. A bit tricky to find by car (but that’s not unusual for hotels close to the old part of town). Plenty of restaurants nearby.
Kamer was net maar niet zo groot evenals het dubbelbed Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel, zeer ruim en goed ontbijt
