Ho scelto questo hotel perché me ne aveva parlato bene un'amica e in effetti aveva ragione! Mi sono trovata veramente benissimo, l'hotel è accogliente e pulito, il personale è cortese e disponibile, la posizione è ottima, si trova in pieno centro (pochi minuti a piedi da piazza Maggiore e le due torri) eppure in una via piuttosto tranquilla e silenziosa....

Non sò se esser più allibito per le recensioni positive scritte su questo Hotel o sull'Hotel stesso. Nel dettaglio: 1) senza carta di credito non è possibile alloggiare e quindi se come nel mio caso non volete fornire i dati della carta siete obbligati a pagare tramite bonifico bancario la camera anticipatamente; 2) appena entrate nei piani, dove si trovano...

The Touring "Charming" Hotel is within easy walking distance of the centre. What makes it special is the kindness, friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff who took great trouble to see that we had everything we needed and to make our stay a pleasure.

Già conoscevamo l'hotel Touring, dove avevamo soggiornato negli anni 2000- 2002, ed è stato piacevole constatare che l'hotel è rimasto accogliente come in passato, sia per gli ambienti che per i servizi e la cortesia del personale.
Next time we are in Bologna this is the place we'll stay! It's large enough to provide privacy to its guests (unlike some very small hotels or B&Bs where you feel like you must fit into a family), but small enough to also provide plenty of individual service. It's a great hotel in a great location. The staff are extremely helpful and resourceful, the public areas are welcoming and attractive, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was sparkling clean and roomy. The bedroom felt a little small after our weeklong stay, but not unusually so for the typical Italian hotel room. We were very happy with our hotel choice.
