Mi sono piaciuti: What we liked about the hotel - rooftop bar (however you can also enjoy it without being a hotel guest). However drinks are quite expensive there (Aperol spritz in the city is 5€, at the rooftop it is 10€).
Non mi sono piaciuti: What we didn’t like about the hotel - we booked the gold room —> arriving at the reception i asked if we can have one of the rooms with balcony (booking site said there are some gold rooms with balcony ). The receptionist told us that for another 25€ per night we can have the gold room with the bigger balcony. On the booking website there is only one type of gold rooms - so making customers pay another 25 € per night for something that is already included in the room price is ridiculous und a sign of just trying to make money of a anything possible and not putting customers first. That just leaves you with a bad feeling for the rest of the stay! - The rooms per se are okay (nothing special), the bathroom is also okay (not very modern) but they have a rain shower -,breakfast per se is good but it is in the cellar of the hotel without any natural light and it is quite loud in there —> maybe it is an option to fill your plates and eat upstairs at the rooftop - parking spots at the hotel are very limited and cost 25€ per night —> parking outside at a public parking spot (5-8 mins walk) costs 12€ per night

Mi sono piaciuti: Posizione ottima. Camera silenziosa e confortevole, bagno con doccia pulito e confortevole. Colazione buona.
Mi sono piaciuti: We absolutely loved the roof terrace and our rooms were lovely!! We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend!!
Mi sono piaciuti: La proximité du centre ville à 5 minutes, la tranquillité du quartier . La chambre 501 est spacieuse, la salle de bains très grande avec douche et baignoire mais en se douchant on en inonde une partie. Système très utile de douchette pour les toilettes. Hotel très recommandable .
Non mi sono piaciuti: La longueur des sommiers et matelas trop juste pour des personnes d'un mètre 72. Le plateau de douche est à rénover .

Hotel molto funzionale, ben posizionato, camere spaziose. Parcheggio esistente nelle vicinanze ma con pochi spazi. Ci tornero sicuramente.
Mi sono piaciuti: Het ontbijt was gevarieerd en verzorgd, echt niets op aan te merken en het personeel aldaar super. De kamer was net, voldoende ruimte en mooie badkamer.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Een complete tegenvaller was het dakterras, niet omwille van het uitzicht want dat was prachtig maar wel omwille van de werknemer, een zekere Ydriss. Waar het terras diende open te gaan om 18 uur, is hij er maar doorgekomen om 18 u 20 en waar wij de enige gasten waren, heeft hij ons compleet genegeerd, hij is zelfs niet bij ons gekomen om te vragen wat wij dronken. Het was ondertussen 18 u 40 geworden wanneer een Frans gezin binnenkwam en die heeft hij onmiddellijk bediend, niet alleen orders opgenomen maar ook drank bezorgd, wij bleven genegeerd !!!!!!Uiteindelijk zijn wij om 18 u 55 doorgegaan zonder iets genuttigd te hebben, dus echt onbeleefd van hem !! Deze man maakt duidelijk, om welke reden ook, onderscheid tussen zijn klanten, dus hier een dikke 0/10 !!!
Mi sono piaciuti: The rooftop was quite nice and had some amazing views of the city. There was quite a good spread for breakfast as well.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The rooms were quite small and dark - opened up to the courtyard and therefore felt a bit claustrophobic.
Mi sono piaciuti: Servicio excelente, desayuno y atención.
Non mi sono piaciuti: El parking es muy muy complicado.
Eccezionale
Mi sono piaciuti: Qualité de l'accueil, de la chambre, de la literie et du petit dejeuner. Très beau roof top sur Bologne avec un service excellent pour un cocktail ou dîner.
