Non mi sono piaciuti: Petit déjeuner dans une salle sans fenêtre. J espérais le prendre sur la sublime terrasse du 5ème. Dans la chambre 501: fenêtres opaques donnant sur une petite cour intérieure.Pour la vue sur ville le matin, c'est raté

Non mi è piaciuto che booking non abbia provveduto a rimborsarmi i soldi dopo aver effettuato il pagamento in albergo visto che è passato quasi un mese nonostante sul sito era scritto esplicitamente che non era richiesto alcun pagamento anticipato

La terrasse qui devient payante à partir de 18h00
Le jacccuzi est à 15euros par personne pour une heure c'est beaucoup trop élevé.

Расположение отеля , это по моему мнению лучший район Болоньи. В день выезда ресепшен очень помог с нашим багажом , спасибо !

Мы имели трудности с паркингом. Паркинг отеля был занят . Паркинг рядом тоже весь был заполнен. Когда нашли паркинг в 1 км от отеля , ресепшен не мог подтвердить эту зону входит она в оплату евро 9,5 или нет . Обошлись вроде без штрафов, но я волновалась. Нужно больше информации давать туристам о паркингах рядом, и о зонах парковки. Возможно как то показать их на карте.

Hotel Touring is a very nice hotel centrally located in Bologna with a terrific rooftop bar.
This is a family-owned hotel and the staff couldn’t be nicer. The reason for my lower rating is entirely due to room 331 where we were-assigned. Two out of three afternoon/evenings the room smelled just awful, like sewage. Apparently this is an occasional problem with this room that is known to the management. Bc the hotel was full they could not change our room but they compensated us fairly upon checkout. So beware of room 331! Otherwise it is a nice hotel and has a good breakfast every morning.
