Mi sono piaciuti: mediamente tutto
Non mi sono piaciuti: non mi piaciuto il fatto che siamo saliti in terrazza per un aperitivo e nessuno e venuto a prendere l'ordinazione.
Mi sono piaciuti: Good location, owner/manager& most staff helpful
Non mi sono piaciuti: Rushed check in, 1 parking space on site otherwise 500m away,not told about roof terrace or breakfast time until we were leaving

Mi sono piaciuti: I have had a pleasant stay in double Gold room. The gold rooms has been just renovated, so the quality is very high. It was also very clean. Also the location of the hotel is very convenient as it takes just 5 minutes to get to Piazza Maggiore that is the real center of the Old Town.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The gold standard double room was also very small as it has apps. 14 sq. m There is also the case with the breakfast that unfortunately is not too varied and is located in the basement of the hotel where there is no natural light at all.
Mi sono piaciuti: Near to the main square and restaurants. Good value for money.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Staff were not clear with regards to the use of the jacuzzi and the situation wasn't dealt with correctly at first. We were spoken to quite rudely and told we had to pay for the jacuzzi once we had already got in it when we were not informed of this beforehand. We had upgraded our room and so should not have paid for the use of the jacuzzi anyway. This was sorted in the end but with an unnecessary fuss to start with. The staff were lovely on all other occasions.

Mi sono piaciuti: Ia colazione e' quella tipica da albergo (niente di speciale) il letto e la camera confortevoli
Non mi sono piaciuti: Non c e ristorazione lo spazio per intrattenersi nella hall risicato mon c e un lounge bar
Mi sono piaciuti: Het ontbijt was gevarieerd en verzorgd, echt niets op aan te merken en het personeel aldaar super. De kamer was net, voldoende ruimte en mooie badkamer.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Een complete tegenvaller was het dakterras, niet omwille van het uitzicht want dat was prachtig maar wel omwille van de werknemer, een zekere Ydriss. Waar het terras diende open te gaan om 18 uur, is hij er maar doorgekomen om 18 u 20 en waar wij de enige gasten waren, heeft hij ons compleet genegeerd, hij is zelfs niet bij ons gekomen om te vragen wat wij dronken. Het was ondertussen 18 u 40 geworden wanneer een Frans gezin binnenkwam en die heeft hij onmiddellijk bediend, niet alleen orders opgenomen maar ook drank bezorgd, wij bleven genegeerd !!!!!!Uiteindelijk zijn wij om 18 u 55 doorgegaan zonder iets genuttigd te hebben, dus echt onbeleefd van hem !! Deze man maakt duidelijk, om welke reden ook, onderscheid tussen zijn klanten, dus hier een dikke 0/10 !!!

A poche centinaia di metri dal centro di Carpi, l'hotel è funzionale, pulito, silenzioso. C'è una bella televisione in camera, il wifi funziona perfettamente. Personale molto gentile. C'è un ottimo ristorante. Ci sono anche le ciabattine ! Ormai rare anche in quattro stelle

Mi sono piaciuti: Goede lokatie, prima kamer en goed ontbijt. Leuk dakterras.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Parkeren in hotel garage was een gedoe terwijl er maar plek is voor twee auto's. Ontbijt tot 9.45 uur en gebruiksonvriendelijk WiFi.
