Mi sono piaciuti: La posizione in centro
Non mi sono piaciuti: Lo staff é stato terribilmente scortese. Prima mi hanno minacciato di cancellare la prenotazione perché la mia carta non andava (mi era stata clonata il giorno stesso). Ho prenotato perché avevano il garage e solo la sera prima mi hanno detto che non avevano più posto. All'arrivo abbiamo chiesto al ragazzo al desk se dove avevamo parcheggiato era ok, ci ha risposto con un 'qui siamo a Bologna' invece di un normale no guardi lì non é sentito (non c'erano segnali). Hanno preso 15 euro per la pulizia perché avevo con me il cane (un chihuahua di 2 kg con la sua cuccia) ... ma durante il covid non dovrebbero essere sanificate le stanze comunque? Ho chiesto alla cameriera cosa fanno quando c'è un cane, mi ha detto che passano l'aspirapolvere... quindi in genere no? Le stanze ad ogni modo sono piccolissime e manca l'armadio, gli abiti si appendono ma a vista.
Mi sono piaciuti: sehr gute Lage, in zweiter Reihe, daher ruhig, um die Ecke einige Cafes. Hier frühstückten wir. Die Restaurantempfehlungen waren fussläufig erreichbar. Drei haben wir ausprobiert. Bei zwei keine Touristen nur Einheimische. Das Hotel verfügt zwar über Privatparkplätze, wir parkten jedoch bei einem städtischen PP in etwa 500 m Entfernung, aber leicht erreichbar. Vorm Hotel kann für das Checkin geparkt werden. Das Zimmer war sehr gross, vor ca. 1 Jahr erneuert und hatte auch eine Terrasse. Das Bett war lang und verfügte auch über eine Couch. Die Dachterrasse hat einen 360 Grad-Blick. Somit liegt die Altstadt im Blickfeld. Ein Traum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Mi sono piaciuti: Zentrale Lage, schöne Zimmer. Innenstadt sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Nahe gelegenes Restaurant LaTraviata ist sehr empfehlenswert.
Mi sono piaciuti: Wirklich sehr schöne, große und saubere Zimmer (wir hatten die Superior-Kategorie), super Lage, süße, kleine Dachterasse mit Jacuzzi (Ende September wegen Temperaturen jedoch geschlossen). Sehr freundliches Personal.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Dünne und sehr schalldurchlässige Wände, laute Straße (durch Vespas und Autos) vorne, obwohl sehr klein. Man muss das Auto am nächsten Tag bis 11.30 Uhr wegparken, obwohl man 25€ pro Nacht dafür zahlt.
Mi sono piaciuti: Very friendly and helpful staffs. Location is prefect, walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants. We arrived quite late at around 11pm but we were still able to find a few restaurants nearby (approx. 3 mins walk), and the one we went served local authentic Italian food and it tasted amazing. The roof top terrace has a stunning view overlooking the city but it s a shame that the Jacuzzi does not heat up so we were not able to use it to enjoy the view.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Was a bit disappointed that the Jacuzzi does not heat up so we cannot actually use it when the weather is a bit chilly.
Mi sono piaciuti: Breakfast not included in our rate so had excellent cappuccino and pastry just round the corner
Non mi sono piaciuti: The table outside our room was used by two men for a smoke which came into our room through the open window - think they were staff members having a break whilst preparing for an evening do - our room had a table and chairs directly outside on ground floor but clearly intended for use by the occupants of the room - there was a general courtyard further along! But suspect it was used cos they couldn’t be seen from the main area! Unfortunately I’m allergic to cigarette smoke...

Mi sono piaciuti: Sehr gute Lage und außergewöhnliche freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wunderbarer Blick über die Stadt von der Dachterrasse
Non mi sono piaciuti: Parkplatz mit 25 EUR pro Nacht sehr teuer. Wir haben das Auto dann auf dem nahegelegenen öffentlichen Parkplatz abgestellt.
