Bra hotell med utmärkt läge. Missa inte takterassen med utsikt över takåsarna! Ett litet minus för frukostrestaurangen i källaren. Som helhet ett fräscht hotell med bra service och fina rum.
I stayed only one night in the heat of July. The staff greeted me pleasantly and had accommodated my request for an early check in (noon) with no issues. They offered me an upgrade to a larger room for a nominal fee, but since I was only there one night and had no intention of spending my time in Italy inside, I declined. The single room was very adequate size for the double bed, with plenty of room to walk on one side and in front. There was a very large window letting in nice light. I never felt claustrophobic. There was plenty of space around the desk and a small, modern refrigerator. The air condition worked great! Within minutes of turning it on, the room was cool. I had to turn it down. The bathroom was quite large and immaculate – the tile was almost sparkling and the towels and linens pure white. The bed was very, very firm, but I have found that true all over Italy, so I didn’t take any “points” off for that. The roof top terrace really makes this hotel a standout – a do not miss. The hotel is on the opposite end of the old town from the train station, so if you have a lot or large baggage, you will want to take a taxi (mine was 8 Euro). Later that same day, I did walk almost to the train station and it took me about 20 minutes. It is very close to the main plaza and sights and there are many good restaurants close by. Also, a grocery store right around the corner. I left before breakfast the following morning (7:30am), so I cannot comment.Mi sono piaciuti: Roof top terrace, air conditioning in room.

Great place to stay. Quiet, peaceful, clean and friendly. Very stylish and tastefully decorated. We will be back. Room 441 is good with a good balcony and great air con. The roof top terrace is the clincher.

le séjour fut trés agréable, la ville n'étant pas trés grandes le centre ville est a 5 minutes à pied et la gare a 25 minutes avec des arrets de bus proche pour les moins courageux. L'acceuil etait idéal, la chambre propre correspondant parfaitement à la description du site, le petit dejeuner trés bon avec du choix, et surtout la superbe terrasse offrant une vue magnifique ! (le petit "mais" est que le prix pour consommer est assez élevé ... mais reste tout a fait justifié car il faut payer la vue ...) En bref rien à reprocher , ma petite amie et moi sommes trés satisfait !

Wonderful hotel at reasonable cost in a perfect location in the historic centre of Bologna. Thanks to staff, we expect to return. Most helpful when we sought directions and assistance in finding a public outdoor swimming pool in the area.
