Personale cordiale e disponibile da subito. Spazi comuni piacevoli e camere confortevoli con tutto ciò che occorre. Ottima posizione, vicino a tutto. La colazione è migliorabile nei prodotti, la varietà è buona ma, ripeto, i prodotti da forno lasciano un pò a desiderare. Nel complesso, buona qualità prezzo, meglio comunque di tanti alberghi di categoria superiore.
The room and breakfast was good but the pillows were very hard. It would have been beneficial to have had at least a couple of English speaking programs (apart from CNN) on the TV.Mi sono piaciuti: Clean with an excellence roof terrace and very good breakfast.

Complimenti per servizio al cliente , professionalità personale, pulizia struttura, rapporto qualità prezzo. L'accoglienza, la reception durante tutte le fasi della giornata , sono state al contempo professionali e amichevoli, sembrava quasi di essere al sud invece che nella uggiosa e umida seppur meravigliosa Bologna

ottima posizione e ambiente gradevole Irene receptionist molto cordiale e attento Consigliamo questo hotel a bologna simpatico la colazione era corretta e molto bella terrazza camera pulita con un letto comodo e bagno pulito

Ho soggiornato nel week end del 25 aprile per 2 notti e non me ne sono pentita. Stanza silenziosa, confortevole e pulita. Personale disponibile e professionale. L'hotel è situato a pochi passi dal centro in zona tranquilla. Ricca colazione sia salata che dolce: nello specifico ho chiesto del latte di riso perchè sono intollerante e me lo hanno servito. We had 2 nights here in a refurbished room (330) with a balcony. The hotel is in a little side street near the courthouse and an easy and very pleasant stroll into town through streets lined with various lovely looking cafes and posh shops. Our room was clean and fresh and nicely kitted out with big towels, kettle, toiletries etc....

O hotel é bem localizado, e tem um excelente atendimento. O café da manhã é bem diversificado para os padrões europeus e bem gostoso. O ponto fraco do hotel é o tamanho do quarto - muito, mas muito pequeno. Porém para uma ou duas noites é muito bom!
