Pretty hotel

Staff were friendly and helpful, check in was easy and she recommend a renovated room for a low upgrade fee. She showed us the room first before we decided. Renovated room was very nice and bed was larger. Great price and location.Mi sono piaciuti: Renovated rooms are lovely, overall hotel appearance was beautiful and friendly staff.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The bed was very hard and was not comfortable to sleep on Floors were not vacuumed.[extra]location is good, Bologna is easy to walk around on foot. Street sign was good, directing us to the hotel which is located in a lane.[/extra]

Great location super friendly and helpful staff in brilliant location in the centre but enough away to be quiet amazing roof terrace with great views would recommend and would definitely return

Charming, quiet, central

Extremely helpful staff. I had a travel problem and they did their utmost to help me resolve it successfully. Quiet at night, and just a couple of minutes walk to the center of everything Bologna has to offer. I would recommend Hotel Touring to anyone and will stay there again happily.
